Topic 1
AI Consulting Basics
What is an AI consultant?
An AI consultant helps an organization decide where artificial intelligence genuinely fits its work, then plans and supports the implementation. That includes assessing how the business actually operates, identifying bottlenecks, recommending suitable tools and workflows, training people, and designing human oversight so results stay accurate and accountable.
Why would my business need an AI consultant?
Most businesses do not need more AI tools — they need help deciding what to fix first. If you are losing time to manual work, missing calls or leads, running disconnected systems, or unsure where AI belongs, an AI consultant helps you prioritize, choose what fits how you already work, and sequence the change so your team can absorb it.
How is AI consulting different from traditional consulting?
Traditional consulting studies your business challenges and recommends improvements grounded in experience and human judgment, and that work still matters. AI consulting adds a practical layer on top: assessing where AI creates real value, selecting tools, designing workflows and prompts, training your team, and implementing responsibly. The business thinking comes first; AI is how parts of the plan get executed.
What is AI readiness?
AI readiness is an honest look at whether your organization is set up to use AI well: how clear your processes are, what data and systems you have, how your team communicates, what your brand voice is, what oversight exists, and what skills your people need. Readiness is a starting point for planning, not a score or certification.
What is digital transformation?
Digital transformation is modernizing how work actually gets done — how customers reach you, how information moves between systems, how follow-up happens, and how your team spends its time. AI is one part of that. Sometimes the right first move is a workflow change or a connection between two tools you already pay for.
Topic 2
Offers, Pricing, and Payments
What is the difference between the $297 Opportunity Audit and the $997 Business Transformation Strategy?
The $297 AI & Digital Transformation Opportunity Audit answers one question: where are your biggest opportunities? It includes a pre-session questionnaire, an approximately 45-minute consultation, a review of major bottlenecks, three priority opportunities, an initial AI and automation assessment, a concise Action Blueprint, and a recommended next step. It does not include the comprehensive 90-day strategy or a full implementation roadmap. The $997 G.R.O.W. AI Business Transformation Strategy is a consulting engagement that includes a comprehensive pre-engagement assessment, brand and digital presence review, process and workflow review, AI-readiness assessment, AI and automation opportunity assessment, a 90-minute strategy session, an Opportunity Priority Matrix, a recommended AI and technology stack, a personalized 90-day transformation roadmap, an executive strategy report, implementation recommendations, and one 30-minute follow-up within 14 days.
What does “starting at” pricing mean?
It means the lowest investment for that type of engagement, before scope is defined. Final investment varies by scope, complexity, integrations, customization, implementation requirements, training, timeline, and ongoing support. You will know what is included and what it costs in writing before work begins.
How do payments work?
Fixed-price offers purchased directly are paid in full at checkout through an approved payment processor unless the offer page states otherwise. For proposal-based custom services, a 50% initial payment is due after you accept the written proposal and before work begins, with the remaining 50% due on completion and before final deliverables, files, credentials, or handoff are released, unless your signed proposal says otherwise. Additional work outside the signed scope requires a written change order. See our Terms and Conditions for the full detail.
How are custom implementation projects priced?
AI implementation engagements start at $2,500–$3,500 and up depending on scope. Done-for-you AI and digital transformation engagements start at $5,000 and up. Pricing is confirmed in a written proposal after we understand the systems, integrations, content, training, and support involved.
How long do services take?
Standard service turnaround is up to 21 calendar days after both the required initial payment has been received and all required client content, access, information, approvals, and materials have been received, unless a different timeline is written into your signed proposal or the offer terms. Timelines can pause or extend when materials, approvals, or decisions are delayed, when third-party providers cause delays, or when scope changes are requested. Faster delivery is treated as expedited work, subject to availability and an additional fee approved in writing before it begins.
Topic 3
How We Work
Can G.R.O.W. AI implement the solutions it recommends?
Yes. We work from strategy through implementation — building the workflows, connecting the systems, writing the prompts and scripts, training your people, and staying involved while it settles into daily use. You can also take a strategy deliverable and implement it with your own team.
Do you build AI agents, voice agents, chatbots, automations, websites, apps, and custom digital solutions?
Yes. Our capabilities include AI voice agents for inbound calls, lead capture and follow-up systems, chatbots and custom assistants, workflow and CRM automation, accessible websites and landing pages, custom apps and internal tools, digital AI twins, and marketing and presentation support. Connected actions such as sending email, updating a CRM, or posting content require the relevant accounts, integrations, permissions, and your approval.
Do you provide prompt engineering?
Yes. We design and document prompts, instructions, and reusable templates that reflect your brand voice and your standards, and we teach your team how to write and refine their own.
Can I start small and add automation later?
Yes, and that is usually the better path. Many clients begin with an Opportunity Audit or a single bottleneck — missed calls, for example — confirm it works, then expand into follow-up, marketing, or broader automation at a pace their team can absorb.
What happens during a Discovery Call?
It is a conversation, not a pitch. We ask how your business or organization runs today, where time and opportunities are being lost, what you have already tried, and what outcome matters most. You leave with a clear sense of the right next step, which may be the $297 Opportunity Audit, the $997 Business Transformation Strategy, training, or something simpler. Scheduling is handled through Google Calendar.
Topic 4
Training, Teams, and People
Do you provide AI training for companies and organizations?
Yes. We deliver plain-English AI education, workshops, keynotes, leadership sessions, and hands-on labs for companies, nonprofits, churches and ministries, associations, workforce programs, and community organizations. Corporate engagements start at $3,500, with final pricing based on participant count, departments, duration, customization, assessments, travel, materials, and follow-up.
Can you train teams with different levels of AI experience?
Yes. Sessions are built for mixed rooms — people who have never opened an AI tool alongside people already using one daily. We start with shared plain-language foundations, then split practice work by role and comfort level so nobody is bored and nobody is lost.
Will AI replace my staff?
That is not how we build. Our systems are designed to remove repetitive work and catch what is falling through the cracks so your people can spend their time on work that needs a human. We do not design engagements around eliminating jobs.
What should stay human?
Judgment, relationships, and accountability. A person should review anything factual or public-facing, handle sensitive or emotional conversations, make final decisions, and stay responsible for outcomes. Legal, medical, financial, and other licensed advice stays with qualified professionals.
Topic 5
Who We Serve
Do you work with nonprofits, churches, associations, and community organizations?
Yes. A large part of our work is with nonprofits, churches and ministries, associations, workforce programs, and community organizations that need practical AI education and systems that respect their values, their volunteers, and their budgets.
Do you work outside Arizona?
Yes. G.R.O.W. AI is based in Phoenix, Arizona and delivers strategy, implementation, and training virtually to clients across the United States. In-person workshops and events are available for Arizona organizations.
What is SCALE BAE?
SCALE BAE™ is our professional repositioning framework for the AI-powered economy. It helps professionals turn the experience, skills, relationships, ideas, and knowledge they already carry into stronger positioning, visibility, confidence, and new opportunities — with AI as an accelerator rather than a replacement for what makes them valuable. Program offers and pricing are still in development.
Topic 6
Privacy and Responsible AI
How does G.R.O.W. AI approach privacy and responsible AI?
We build review points instead of assuming AI output is correct, keep sensitive information out of tools that should not receive it, disclose when a visitor is interacting with an AI assistant, and keep a person accountable for decisions. Website-submitted information is not intentionally used to train public third-party AI models. Our Privacy Policy and AI Use Policy describe this in detail.
