Our story
Decades of Combined Experience, Pointed at One Question
Between us we have spent decades in telecommunications, financial services, insurance, banking and lending, retail and corporate operations, customer experience, human resources, training, technology, and community service. We have led teams, fixed broken processes, and sat across from the people those processes affected.
AI accelerated everything. What it did not change is this: successful AI still requires people who understand the problem, design the solution, train the technology, build the workflow, guide the strategy, and serve the humans on the other end.
How can people learn to work with AI, create with it, lead with it, and build new opportunities because of it?
That question is the whole business.
